Here at Pipeline seconds, we stand by and encourage the purchase of factory seconds.  Concrete Pipes listed as a factory second generally will have failed a quality inspection for cosmetic, rather than functional, reasons. 

7am-3pm. We like last trucks to arrive for pickups before 2pm.
